Thank you for registering your student at The Devine Schoolhouse.
You will need to register each student individually, please submit the first student and then return to this page to register the next student. After you have registered your student, within three business days, you will receive a confirmation email with your students schedule.

We are already dreaming about the adventures that this Summer will bring! Students will join us for a project-based hands-on enrichment classes with a theme! Using a cross-curriculum approach we will introduce our theme CAMPING using literature, science, math, geography, social studies, dramatic play and more.
This class will cover topics such as habitats, wildlife conservation, survival skills, teamwork and communication, fun cooking projects and more!
This session will be open to all ages and students will be divided into peer groups based on enrollment. Each group will learn material suitable to their grade range and then all groups will join together for larger projects.
Contract
As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless Devine Schoolhouse, LLC, its owners and operators from and and all liability, claims, demands and causes of action whatsoever, arising our of or related to any loss, damage, or injury including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of Devine Schoolhouse, its owners and operators or in route to or from any of said premises, except due to negligence e or willful dangerous acts by staff.
The undersigned gives permission to Devine Schoolhouse, LLC, its owners and operators to seek medical treatment for the participant in the event they are not able to reach a parent or guardian. I hereby declare any physical/mental problems, restrictions or condition and/or declare the participant to b e in good physical and mental health. I request that our doctor/physician listed on file be called and that my child be transported to requested hospital. (Please provide physicians' phone number.)
I have no objection to my child being included in photographs, slides or movies taken at Devine Schoolhouse, LLC, that might be used for purposes of interpreting the program or for program publicity. (If you have an objection, please send an email to devineschoolhouse@gmail.com and we will send you an exclusion form).
I understand that if less than 3 students sign up for an individual class, that class may be cancelled at the discretion of The Devine Schoolhouse.
I understand that after consultation with the teacher of record my child may be discharged from any program would I, or my child, fail to comply with the requirements or the policies, or the appropriate requirements, of the management personnel of Devine Schoolhouse, LLC.
I understand that classes are currently in-person. The Devine Schoolhouse will continue to follow guidelines put in place by Charter schools and our local governments to remain in-person. In the event that we must return to a virtual classroom situation tuition will not be refunded and supplies become the responsibility of the parent.
I understand that if any member of my household tests positive for Covid-19 I will let staff know as soon as possible.
I understand that if a class is not dropped by me in writing by the end of the second week of classes, I am committed to pay for the entire session.
